How can I order my cards, prints or portfolio? You can order online or offline with us.

Online – You need to go thru our shopping cart to give us your stats, upload your photos and pay for your order so we can then start the process of making your comp card or prints.

Offline – If you have printed originals we will need those so we can scan them. We accept anything flat like a print or a tearsheet up to 8.5×14. We do not recommend using regular mail because if your originals get lost there is no way to track them. Then download and print our order form and fill it out as completely as possible. Tell us about all your requirements like cropping, picture placement, etc…

Portfolios can be ordered both online and by downloading our portfolio order form, filling it out and faxing us on 305.756.3374 or calling us Toll Free in the USA on 1.877.332.6677.

Can I upload my pictures to you thru the internet? Yes. Make sure you have your pictures ready and each picture is less than 10 megs each. See our Photo Uploads Page for all accepted file formats. Don’t forget you will need to download our Order Form and fax it to us with all required information so we can process your order.

What kind of pictures print best? Well lit and in focus pictures that are exposed properly will print best. As a rule of thumb if you like the picture as it is you will like our printing. Make sure the film you send us has been stored properly to avoid scratches that our scanners will pick up.

What are the turnaround times? We average 2-4 days before you see a proof and then 1-3 days after proof approval.

What credit cards do you take? We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners Club and Carte Blanche.

What kind of printing process do you use? We use a state of the art digital printer that emulates the offset printing process and prints on really nice thick card stock. The same is used for our digiprints only we use a thinner print stock.

Do you have a sample package you can mail me? Yes. Fill out our Contact Form or email us your address. Don’t forget to include your complete mailing address.

Do you give quantity discounts? We discount once you order at least ten cards at the same time. Model agencies placing consistent comp card orders get them too. Our model books are the standard for the industry and are heavily discounted to model agents in bulk orders.

Can you recreate my agency format? Yes. We will need a copy of the card so we can set it up. There is no fee as long as you order at least 100 cards. Please provide us with a nice copy of the agency logo so we can scan that too.

Do you store my job for future reprints? Yes. We will make a permanent backup of your card or cards free of charge.

How much do you charge to ship? Based on one hundred cards 5.5×8.5 we charge $19.99 for UPS Ground Service (5-10 business days) or Overnight Delivery Service from $60.00 to $100.00 depending on distance from our offices in Florida. Larger and heavier products will cost slightly more.

Can I use my FedEx or UPS account? Yes. Select the last option on the shipping selections which is meant for our walk in customer pickups. Then we will communicate via phone or email so we can get your account information.

Do you accept personal or business checks? Yes but we wait until they clear the bank which adds a week to production time.
